This is our family evening. Children under the age of 16 should not be left unaccompanied. We are not a youth club.
The evening starts at 7.00pm and finishes at 10.30pm. We ask that children under the age of 11 leave by 9.00pm.
Everyone joins in, whatever their ability so don’t worry if you cant hit the shuttlecock!
You will soon get to know everyone as all players are ‘matched’ against each other.
This is not a serious evening, its about having fun!
Friday evenings work a peg system, depending on numbers on the night, to rotate everyone. Costs per evening are £5 per adult, £3 for school children, £10 if there are 3 of a group, £15 if there are more than 3 in a group
We are a members club with strict licensing rules. Membership of the Club is required to take part in the ‘pay and play’, so non-members will be charged a visitors fee until they join as a member. Please refer to our membership details and pricing. Membership will be enforced by 1st October 2024.
We are open to the general public for the ‘pay and play’ and advise that children should be not be left on their own for the evening.
Rackets are available for everyone to borrow for the evening, shuttlecocks are provided.
Please wear your outdoor shoes to the premises and bring your clean badminton shoes with you to wear in the playing hall, plimsolls for wear by younger children are fine in the hall.
Please be aware that if you go outside and play football in the ball park next door we will not come outside to find you, you will also need to change your shoes to go outside.
